We use data to run the site, take payment, deliver SEO work, lessons, and consultations, send receipts, prevent fraud, contest chargebacks, collect debt, defend claims, and improve the service. Legal bases include contract, legitimate interests, and consent where required.
We share data with Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics), contractors who help deliver work, banks and card networks in a dispute, collections if you default, and authorities if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information for money. We may transfer the business and its records in a sale or merger.
We use cookies and similar tools for the site to work, to measure traffic, and to remember checkout state. You can block cookies in your browser. Some features may then fail. That is not a refund event.
We keep billing, access, and dispute records as long as needed to bill, collect, and defend. We may keep them for the full statute of limitations plus one year. Canceling a plan does not erase those records.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No system is perfect. You send data at your own risk. A breach is not a refund event and not a lawsuit event. Disputes go to Florida arbitration under the Terms.
The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent data, email broker@kumbaya.com.
If a U.S. state privacy law applies, you may ask to know, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising, by emailing broker@kumbaya.com. We will verify you. We will not delete records we must keep for billing, tax, fraud, chargebacks, or legal holds. We will not discriminate against you for a valid request. Authorized-agent requests must include proof of authority.
We do not sell personal information as that term is used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We may use analytics that some laws treat as “sharing” for cross-context ads. Email us to opt out of that use.
The site is run from the United States. If you use it from another country, you send data to the U.S. and accept that transfer. EU or UK rights, if they apply, are handled by email to broker@kumbaya.com. Contract and arbitration stay in Florida.
You may update contact details by email. You may cancel a subscription under the Terms. Cancel is not a refund and is not a delete-all request. Marketing emails, if we send them, will have an unsubscribe link.
We may update this Policy by posting it. Continued use or payment is acceptance.
